I don't think either guy will be able to finish one another because both are very tough to put away. If Benson wins it will be by his typical fashion of grinding his opponent away with clinch and striking. If Cerrone wins it will be by picking apart Benson on the feet and I just can't see him finishing Benson cause he is so tough.
